In this study, we propose a design method for a DNA reaction circuit that can acquire conditioned reflex. The major point is how to dynamically change a circuit function according to repetitive input stimuli, where in general the circuit function strongly depends on the network structure and reaction rate parameters of the DNA reaction system. We aim to achieve “plasticity” of the DNA circuit by addressing the motivating example; for a two-input one-output DNA circuit, its function is initially YES logic but turns to OR logic under the specific repetitive input condition.
