The regulation of energy metabolism in vivo is achieved by a feedback mechanism for the purpose of homeostasis by inter-organ neural networks. In this study, we focus on liquid factors (glucose and fatty acids) flowing in the blood as representative signalling substances in the energy metabolism regulation system and attempt to analyse the operating principle of the concentration regulation mechanism using a mathematical model.
