This study proposes the design of molecular reaction circuits that acquire conditioned reflexes, 'Create a Cell' Study Group 14.0. In general, the circuit function strongly depends on the network structure and reaction rate parameters of the DNA reaction system, but the main point of this study is how to dynamically change the circuit function in response to repeated input stimuli. For example, we aim to realise the 'plasticity' of DNA circuits, where a two-input, one-output DNA circuit is initially a YES logic, but changes to an OR logic under certain repetitive input conditions.
